Useful for team planning, but ownership was missing

The success criteria were solid, but the first draft did not say who owned the release decision. Adding an explicit owner made the goal usable in a team handoff. I would like ownership to be prompted whenever the request mentions a team.

Was ownership present in the original request? I wonder whether the Skill should infer that a team needs an owner or only preserve one when it is supplied.

The request said “the release team” but named no person. A clarification question would have been better than guessing.
