My starting request was simply “get the onboarding update ready for Friday.” The Skill turned that into a deadline, a measurable activation target, and a short list of non-goals. That gave the rest of the session a much clearer boundary.

Did it keep the Friday deadline as a hard constraint, or did it turn that into a question? I have seen planning prompts soften dates when the scope is unclear.
It kept Friday as the deadline and asked me to reduce scope instead. That was the right trade-off for this task.
I got a better result after stating the baseline metric. Without “activation is currently 31%,” the success criterion was technically measurable but not very useful.
The non-goals are the strongest part for me too. I now keep them visible in the final handoff instead of treating them as temporary planning notes.
