A shorter goal format would help quick tasks

The full structure is good for long work, but I would also use a compact format with just Objective, Done when, and Out of scope. It would make the Skill easier to reach for during small but ambiguous requests.

I would add one more optional line: Evidence. For quick research tasks, the expected artifact matters more than a long success-metrics section.

That works for me. Objective / Done when / Out of scope / Evidence is still short enough to scan before starting.
